  1. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days from the date of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
     

  2. Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
     

  3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.
     

  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their returned products back to us. However, we will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges of damaged or defective products.
     

  5. Custom orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products.
